I realize i really got to get back in shape. Not because i want to look buff and stuff. But if i don’t start now, i will never be ready when i go for cop. And i want to go for SWAT. I havn’t train MMA for a month now. I can’t wait till i start again. Anyways i got a friend who is trying to lose weight because according to the doctor he is over weight. Idc if anyone is overweight or not lol.. I really don’t, as long as you have a good heart who cares. But i guess it don’t hurt to be fit. So i told him before he start the weights he needs to run a lot to lose the fat first. I hope he listens. my current goal is to gain some weight im too light. only 135
